What do our meal trays look like?
Our disposable meal trays consist of the following elements 👇
- Main course in a kraft container.
- Dessert in a kraft or recycled plastic container.
- Starter (optional) in a kraft container.
- Water bottle (optional) in glass with a kraft cup.
- Wooden cutlery and paper napkins.
All these items are delivered in individual pretty paper boxes (see photo below!).
Why is this box magical 🪄 ?
Because once you open it by pulling the side tab, you can pull out the place mat like a drawer, with all the items neatly arranged on it, ready to be enjoyed!
Hot dishes are delivered in individual thermal bags (less than 10 dishes) or large thermal boxes (10 dishes and more) ♨️
How the "Hot Guarantee (long lasting) Option" work
What is this option?
This option allows you to receive meal delivery in a thermal box that keeps the dishes hot for approximately 2 hours upon receipt 🧘
This option is automatically assigned to any order of 10 meals or more.
The dishes are delivered separately from the individual meal trays, which themselves contain the rest of your menu (dessert, drink, bread, cutlery, etc.) 😌
This solution is ideal if you are unsure about being able to consume the meal trays immediately upon receipt. For example, during a training day or seminar with a schedule that may vary throughout the day.
How are the thermal boxes collected?
The thermal boxes are collected in the afternoon by us, and you can provide any information useful for the collection at service.client@ensuite.fr 📧
Meal trays selected with the "Reusable Dishware" option automatically benefit from the "Long-Term Hot Guarantee" option.

What if I have fewer than 10 meals?
If you do not choose this option, the dishes are still delivered hot in individual thermal pouches that keep them warm for about 1 hour upon receipt!
The dishes can be reheated without any problem in the microwave 👌
How the "Reusable Tableware Option" work
This is the Zero Waste Option! ♻️
This option allows you to receive meal deliveries in reusable containers, along with stainless steel cutlery 🍽️
1. I order my products in a grouped format with reusable containers.
2. Once the meal is finished, I deposit the unwashed containers in the designated box.
3. The box is collected in the afternoon by Ensuite.

Hot meals are delivered in thermal boxes to keep them warm for about 2 hours. Choosing the "Long Duration Hot Guarantee" option is unnecessary when selecting the "Reusable Tableware" option ☝️
Products are delivered without individual packaging: main courses together, desserts together, beverages together, etc.
