Hot Guarantee (long lasting) Option

Description

It is advisable to select the option only once, regardless of the number of meals.

Operation of the Hot Guarantee option:

This option allows you to receive meal deliveries in a thermal box that keeps the dishes warm upon receipt for approximately 2 hours.

The dishes are delivered separately from the individual meal trays, which themselves contain the rest of your menu (dessert, beverage, bread, utensils, etc.).

Without this option, hot dishes are delivered in individual thermal pouches that keep them warm for approximately 1 hour upon receipt.

This solution is ideal if you are unsure about consuming the meal trays quickly after receipt. For example, during a training day or seminar with a schedule that may vary throughout the day.

The thermal boxes are collected in the afternoon by us, and you can inform us of any useful information to facilitate collection at service.client@ensuite.fr

✅ Meal trays selected with the "Reusable Tableware" option automatically benefit from the "Long-lasting Hot Guarantee" option.

✅ Any order of 11 or more hot meals automatically benefits from the "Long-lasting Hot Guarantee" option.
