We are proud of our commitment to sustainability and eco-responsibility. We collaborate with Les Alchimistes, a company specializing in the collection and recovery of organic waste. All organic waste generated from our kitchens is collected and transformed into compost, which is used to fertilize the soils of Île-de-France.

Additionally, we have adopted a green delivery approach by primarily using cargo bikes to transport your orders of meal trays, buffets, and cocktails, thereby minimizing our carbon footprint. Our goal is also to avoid the use of plastic by favoring disposable kraft containers, aiming for a zero-plastic objective.

By prioritizing local and seasonal products, we strengthen our commitment to a more responsible cuisine that respects the environment and the community. We firmly believe that every action counts towards a more sustainable future, and we are determined to continue on this path.

On Saturdays and Sundays, you can choose a time slot between 10 AM and 9 PM.

Catering Offer - Breakfasts & Breaks: On weekdays, the delivery of breakfasts and breaks to companies is done between 8 AM and 8 PM. You choose the time slot that suits you best.

On Saturdays and Sundays, you can choose a time slot between 10 AM and 9 PM.

Catering Offer - Cocktails & Buffets: Our catering service for delivering cocktails & buffets operates between 8 AM and 8 PM on weekdays. You choose the time slot that suits you best.

Our delivery fees for all our catering services cost €22 excluding VAT for companies located within Paris Intramuros.

For the immediate suburbs, the fees are €32 excluding VAT: Hauts-de-Seine (92), Val-de-Marne (94), and Seine-Saint-Denis (93).

The delivery of breakfasts and coffee breaks costs €25 excluding VAT as it involves the collection of thermos containers for hot beverages.

For deliveries in the Greater Suburbs: Val-d'Oise (95), Essonne (91), Yvelines (78), and Seine-et-Marne (77), the delivery cost is provided upon request. We invite you to contact our customer service directly if you wish to have deliveries made in the Greater Suburbs or beyond.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please make sure to indicate it in the "Comments" section during your order. This will allow our delivery team to do their best to ensure a smooth service. Feel free to mention, for instance, if the delivery person can leave your order at the reception or with a building caretaker. In such cases, please remind them to store your meal trays and items in the refrigerator.

We accept VISA or American Express credit cards, payments via PayPal, as well as payments by bank transfer with a 30-day term.

Regarding breakfasts and/or coffee breaks, you can place your order before 12 PM the day before the desired delivery date.

For lunches (Meal Trays, Lunchbags), you can place your order until 10 PM the day before the desired delivery date if you order online (or until 6 PM via email or phone). For last-minute orders and deliveries, please contact us in the morning by phone at 09.88.44.51.13. We will do our utmost to meet your needs.

Finally, regarding cocktails and buffets, you can place your order 48 hours before the desired delivery date. However, we would like to inform you that for the delivery of breakfasts, lunches, or buffets and cocktails on weekends, it is preferable to place your order by Thursday of the same week.

The minimum order amount for delivered meals is 40€ before tax.

For breakfast, buffet, and cocktail catering products, a minimum of 10 people is required for the order to be placed.

During the call, you just need to provide us with the following information: the number and name of the meals you want, the choice of drink and dessert, as well as the billing and delivery address, the company name, contact details for delivery, preferred time slot, and desired delivery day.

You can freely modify the appetizer and dessert of each ordered meal. You can do this either from the product page or by contacting our advisors at 09.88.44.51.13.

By default, a meal tray from the caterer Ensuite includes a main dish, a dessert, a bottle of water, and bread. However, if this does not suit you, you can customize your menus: with or without a starter, cheese, or beverage. It’s your choice. Absolutely, both bread and cutlery and napkins are included in our offers. They are delivered at the same time as your Meal Trays and Lunch Baskets. As part of our eco-friendly approach, all cutlery can be removed from the order if you request it.

You can check the details of your order in two ways:

  • If you have an account on our website ensuite.fr: you can visit your past orders to access the details of your catering orders.
  • If you do not have an account: we invite you to contact our advisors who will be able to provide you with the information that outlines the selected products and dishes, as well as the details concerning your delivery. Of course, all of these details are indicated on the quotes and invoices.

After finalizing your order and confirming your payment, our customer service will send you an automatic order confirmation email. This email summarizes both the number of lunch trays as well as their contents, or the ordered buffets & cocktails. The delivery address, date, and time slot are also mentioned for practical reasons.

A member of the Ensuite team will confirm the modifications made. To reassure you, please know that we remain very flexible with modifications as we understand that during your corporate events, last-minute additions or cancellations are quite possible.

Catering orders for meals, buffets, and cocktails placed online can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the delivery date (on business days, before 12 PM). They can be canceled in full or partially.

These cancellations can only be made by phone at 09.88.44.51.13. Beyond this deadline, the caterer Ensuite reserves the right to charge the order at 100% of its amount, excluding delivery fees, as the order will not have been delivered.

However, as mentioned earlier, we remain relatively flexible to help you find the best solution to avoid unnecessary fees for canceling catering orders for products or meals.

For meal trays: It is clearly stated on the sheet whether it will be delivered hot or cold. If you do not consume your lunches immediately, we recommend storing them in a refrigerated area until you reheat them in the microwave while removing the lid.

If you order for more than 10 people, the meal trays and lunch baskets are delivered in thermal containers that we will pick up afterward. If you order for 10 people or fewer, the hot meal trays and lunch bags are delivered in individual thermal pouches.

For cocktails and buffets: All items in our buffets & cocktails are delivered cold and are to be consumed cold, unless stated otherwise on the product sheet.

For the cocktail and buffet catering service: the delivery is to be consumed on the day of receipt.

For the lunch service: the delivery is to be consumed on the day of receipt.

For the breakfast or coffee break service: the delivery is to be consumed on the day of receipt.

We recommend keeping the products cool if they are not consumed within 2 hours of receipt.

For the ordered meals that are indicated as delivered on the product sheet, there is no need to reheat them. However, if the meals have not been consumed hot, you have the option to reheat them in the microwave.

Some cocktail items can also be reheated in the oven, if stated, to enhance the tasting experience and ensure optimal quality.

At Ensuite, freshness is a must. We receive fresh fruits and vegetables every morning, cut the same day. We respect the seasonality of products. Our meats (chicken, beef, pork) are French, and our fish (salmon) comes from sustainable fishing. We offer meal trays with the option to choose between meat and fish, as well as vegetarian options. Our juices marked "fresh" are squeezed the same morning.
