Every day, fresh fruits, vegetables, as well as raw fish and meats are received to create buffets, lunches, and gourmet appetizers that are both healthy and of high quality. Zero waste goal

We work in partnership with Les Alchimistes, a responsible actor working behind the scenes to collect our food waste (peels, pits, and other biodegradable waste) several times a week to transform it into compost. The advantage is that this compost doesn't travel thousands of kilometers, as it will be used to fertilize the soils of Paris. It's a short circuit that promotes waste reduction while contributing to soil biodiversity.

Furthermore, as a caterer, Ensuite is committed to significantly reducing plastic use by mainly providing eco-friendly packaging made from recycled paper and/or biodegradable materials. A deposit system also allows our loyal customers to reuse the same container for each catering order. We've also implemented a recycling system in our restaurant in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. Step by step, we're working towards better internal organization and a healthier world overall.

Responsible sourcing

Ensuite Catering is committed to delivering you meal trays, buffets, and cocktails made from fresh ingredients. Every day, we receive raw fruits and vegetables, meats, and fish, which we peel, cut, and cook.

As you've understood, our impact is conscientious, and we constantly strive to improve.

All the products we deliver are homemade using a selection of fresh ingredients, and that's it. The taste on our plates will always take precedence over the cost of our ingredients. We're extremely proud to create quality fresh meals that celebrate French gastronomy.

Regarding our meats, they all come from French farms. This allows us to reduce our carbon footprint, support our agriculture (cocorico), and infuse flavor into your dishes. As for salmon, which we offer in our signature meals year-round, we commit to providing you with only fish sourced from responsible fishing. To achieve this, we've turned to the ASC label, which adheres to strict environmental standards. Lastly, concerning eggs, we only select eggs from free-range farming.

As a caterer, please know that all these decisions are made conscientiously to promote a certain animal welfare and a taste quality that we hold dear to enhance the meals we offer you.

As a catering chef in the restaurant industry, we offer meal delivery services to businesses. You simply need to choose between two ranges of à la carte lunches: the signature range and the seasonal meal range.

In our lunches, there will always be the option to choose between a fish-based, meat-based, poultry-based, or vegetarian meal. The goal is to satisfy all appetites. We understand that within a team, not all colleagues have the same dietary restrictions or desires. Adapting and reorganizing our internal processes is also an aspect of our catering profession.

Each meal is delivered in an eco-designed individual lunch box that includes a placemat, utensils, salt, pepper, napkin, cup, a piece of bread, as well as the entire meal: appetizer, main course, cheese, dessert, and beverage. The tray is entirely customizable, adjustable to your preferences and needs.

Our catering restaurants in Paris allow you to order directly online from our website and have your delivery within Paris and the immediate suburbs: Hauts-de-Seine (92), Seine-Saint-Denis (93), and Val-de-Marne (94). If you wish, we can even provide you with an online quote.

Our delivery fees for all our catering services are €20 excluding VAT for businesses located within Paris Intramuros.

For the outer ring, the fees are €30 excluding VAT: Hauts de Seine (92), Val-de-Marne (94), and Seine-Saint-Denis (93).

The delivery of breakfast and coffee breaks costs €22.50 excluding VAT as it involves the collection of thermos for hot beverages.

For deliveries in the Greater Outer Ring: Val-de-Marne (77), Essonne (91), Yvelines (78), and Val-d'Oise (95), the delivery cost is provided upon request. Please contact our customer service directly if you wish to be delivered in the Greater Outer Ring or beyond.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please make sure to indicate it in the "Comments" section during your order. This will allow our delivery team to do their best to ensure a smooth service. Feel free to mention, for instance, if the delivery person can leave your order at the reception or with a building caretaker. In such cases, please remind them to store your meal trays and items in the refrigerator.

We accept VISA or American Express credit cards, payments via PayPal, as well as payments by bank transfer with a 30-day term.

Regarding breakfasts and/or coffee breaks, you can place your order before 12 PM on the day before the desired delivery date.

For lunches, we recommend placing your order before 6 PM on the day before the desired delivery date. For last-minute orders and deliveries, please contact us in the morning by phone at 09.88.44.51.13. We will do our best and make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Finally, for cocktails and buffets, we recommend placing your order 48 hours before the desired delivery date. However, we would like to inform you that for deliveries of breakfasts, lunches, buffets, and cocktails on weekends, it is best to directly contact our customer service by phone at 09.88.44.51.13 or by email at service.client@ensuite.fr no later than Thursday of the current week.

The minimum order amount for delivered meals is 40€ before tax.

For breakfast, buffet, and cocktail catering products, a minimum of 10 people is required for the order to be placed.

Indeed, both the bread, dessert, and drink are included in our offers. They are delivered along with your trays, buffets, and cocktail orders. As part of an ecological approach, all cutlery can be removed from the order if you request it.

Thanks to this option, 150 sets of cutlery and 80 disposable bags are not used every day at your Ensuite caterer.

You can check the details of your order in two ways:

  • If you have an account on our website ensuite.fr: you can visit your past orders to access the details of your catering orders.
  • If you do not have an account: we invite you to contact our advisors who will be able to provide you with the information that outlines the selected products and dishes, as well as the details concerning your delivery. Of course, all of these details are indicated on the quotes and invoices.

After finalizing your order and confirming your payment, our customer service will send you an automatic order confirmation email. A member of the Ensuite team will confirm the modifications made. To reassure you, please know that we remain very flexible with modifications as we understand that during your corporate events, last-minute additions or cancellations are quite possible.

Traiteur orders for meals, buffets, and cocktails can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the delivery date (business day, before 12pm). They can be canceled in full or in part.

These cancellations can only be done by phone at 09.88.44.51.13. Beyond this deadline, the Ensuite caterer reserves the right to charge 100% of the order amount, excluding delivery fees, as the order will not have been delivered.

However, as mentioned earlier, we remain relatively flexible to help you find the best solution to avoid unnecessary charges for a cancellation of product or catering meal orders.

For the meal trays: Regardless of the chosen range (signature or monthly), it is directly mentioned on the product description whether it will be delivered hot or cold. If you are not consuming your lunches immediately, we recommend storing them in a refrigerated place until you reheat them in the microwave, removing the lid.

For cocktails and buffets: Absolutely all orders will be delivered cold. You will find indications on the boxes to know which dishes need to be reheated or not, so as not to make any mistakes.

For the cocktail and buffet catering service: the delivery is meant to be consumed on the day of receipt.

For the lunch service: the delivery is meant to be consumed on the day of receipt.

For the breakfast or coffee break service: the delivery is meant to be consumed on the day of receipt.

If the meals delivered to businesses are mentioned on the product page as being delivered hot, there is no need to reheat your dishes to enjoy our excellent recipes. However, if the meals couldn't be consumed hot for any reason, you have the option to reheat them in the microwave (always without the lid).

Some catering items can also be reheated in the oven, if specified, to ensure the best tasting experience and optimal quality.
